これを製造販売している日本盛株式会社は、本酒の一大産地西宮市の酒造メーカーで、廃棄される米糠を活用し、パウチには植物由来の素材、セットアイテムケースには再生紙を使用するなど、環境に配慮した取り組みを行っています。
